Placing Orders. Customers will receive an email confirmation once an order is placed. Carolina Turfgrass & Landscape Supply will contact you and schedule a delivery date and time.
Processing Orders
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding all major holidays. Orders received after 11 pm (Eastern) will be processed the following business day.
Changes or Cancellations to Orders
If a customer wishes to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed, please send an email immediately to support@carolinasodding.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order has been processed and delivery, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified.

Refused Delivery
If a customer refuses any delivery from Carolina Turfgrass & Landscape Supply. The customer will remain responsible for all of the original delivery charges, as well as all the costs associated with returning the item to Carolina Turfgrass & Landscape Supply. These charges will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
Where We Deliver To
We deliver to the greater Lexington/Columbia area for mulch, sand, gravel, and pine straw. Contact us about sod delivery.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange on all full price (non-sale) items. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Delivery charges are not refundable.
No refunds will be issued for returns over 30 days from the purchase to date.
The original delivery charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, an additional delivery charge will be incurred.
How to Return / Exchange.
Obtain Authorization by emailing us at support@carolinasodding.com. Please include your invoice # and the reason for return or exchange. For an exchange please be sure to indicate color, size or style you want. A representative will contact you.
